A moist and fluffy vanilla sheet cake perfect for any crowd. Easy to customize and effortless to frost.
Ingredients
2½ cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup oil
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
3 large eggs
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla (alcohol-free)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 pan or line with parchment paper.
In one bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
In another bowl, whisk oil, almond milk, eggs, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Don’t overmix.
Pour into pan and smooth top. Bake 30–33 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely before applying frosting of choice.
Notes
Try folding in orange zest or ground cinnamon for flavor variation.
Use silicone liners for even baking and easy cleanup.
Store unfrosted cake in freezer for up to 2 months.
