Description

Ingredients
4–6 sausage links (Italian, chicken, or smoked)
3 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano (or Italian seasoning blend)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Slice veggies and sausages.
2. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss veggies with olive oil and seasoning.
3. Nestle sausages among the veggies in a single layer.
4. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip sausages and stir veggies.
5. Bake an additional 15–20 minutes until browned and caramelized.
6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra-crispy veggies.
