Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
Salt and black pepper to taste
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté until golden, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Stir in remaining butter, lemon juice, and zest.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve hot over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
Notes
For extra heat, add chili flakes or Cajun seasoning.
Use olive oil instead of butter for a lighter version.
