Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, cooking until browned and crumbly (5–6 minutes).
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté another 3–4 minutes until softened.
Stir in paprika, sea salt, black pepper, and tomato paste. Cook to combine flavors.
Pour in beef broth. Simmer until liquid reduces slightly, about 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
