Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken on one side for 6–7 minutes.
Flip and cook the other side for another 6–7 minutes until fully cooked.
In final minutes, add garlic and butter to skillet.
Swirl butter and spoon over chicken for flavor.
