Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment or a silicone mat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Scoop 1-inch dough balls onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
