Description
This smooth and creamy chocolate pudding comes together in just 15 minutes with pantry staples. Great as a last-minute indulgence or chilled treat.
Ingredients
2 cups whole milk or plant-based milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp unsalted or vegan butter
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla
Instructions
In a saucepan off heat, whisk cocoa, sugar, and cornstarch.
Gradually stir in milk until lump-free.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick (10–12 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla.
Pour into serving cups. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
Swap cornstarch with arrowroot powder if needed.
Use dairy-free options for a vegan version.
