Ingredients
8 oz fettuccine or linguine
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 ½ cups vegetable broth
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (halal-certified)
Optional: frozen peas, spinach, red chili flakes, chopped nuts
Instructions
Heat olive oil in large sauté pan.
