Description

Ingredients

1 zucchini, sliced thickly

10 cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Soak wooden skewers in water.

Mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.

Coat chicken and vegetables in marinade.

Thread onto skewers alternately.
