Description
Juicy, garlic butter-seared steak bites made with tender sirloin and cooked to perfection in under 30 minutes. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or bold flavor on the fly.
Ingredients
1.5 lbs Top Sirloin (cubed)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Butter
Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
Fresh Parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Pat steak dry and cut into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch cubes).
2. Season generously with salt and pepper. Let sit for 5 minutes while your skillet heats up.
3. Heat a heavy pan (cast iron preferred) over medium-high. Add olive oil once hot.
4. Place steak pieces in without overcrowding. Sear undisturbed for 2–3 minutes.
5. Flip and cook another 2 minutes until browned. Remove and keep warm.
6. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, stir quickly.
7. Return steak to pan and toss to coat in garlic butter for 30 seconds.
8. Garnish and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
Swap sirloin for ribeye or strip for a richer bite.
Try sauce variations: honey garlic, Cajun, or Korean.
Don’t overcrowd the pan to ensure the best sear.
Perfect for pairing with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or salad.
