Description

Ingredients
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)
1–2 tbsp cold water
1 cup vanilla pastry cream or Greek yogurt
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tbsp apricot jam or fruit glaze
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine flour and sugar. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
Gradually add water until dough holds together.
Press dough into tart pan. Prick with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes.
Cool crust completely.
Spread pastry cream over crust.
Arrange strawberries in spiral pattern.
Heat apricot jam with water and brush over strawberries.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
