6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup cream

Instructions

1. Peel and chop the potatoes.

2. Boil in salted water for 20–25 minutes until tender.

3. In a small pan, gently heat garlic in butter to infuse without browning.

4. Drain potatoes and mash using a masher or ricer.

5. Stir in garlic butter, cream, salt, and pepper to taste.

6. Garnish with chives or parmesan.
