Tiramisu Cups are individual-sized portions of the classic Italian dessert that combine creamy mascarpone, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa powder in a quick, elegant, and no-fuss format.

Ingredients

Ladyfingers (Savoiardi) – 24 pieces

Mascarpone – 16 oz

Heavy cream – 1 cup

Granulated sugar – 1/2 cup

Strong espresso or coffee – 1 1/2 cups

Cocoa powder – For dusting

Instructions

1. Brew your espresso and let it cool to room temperature.

2. Whip the mascarpone, cream, and sugar till stiff peaks form.

3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger in espresso for 1–2 seconds per side.

4. Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of each cup.

5. Spoon a layer of the whipped mixture over the ladyfingers.

6. Repeat with another layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers and cream.

7. Dust cocoa powder over the top.

8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
