Ingredients

2 pounds ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup cream or milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until golden.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
