Description
This creamy, melt-in-your-mouth vanilla fudge is an easy candy recipe made with everyday ingredients and packed with nostalgic flavor.
Ingredients
3 cups white granulated sugar
¾ cup unsalted butter
⅔ cup whole milk or almond milk
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla flavoring
7 oz jar marshmallow creme
1 cup white chocolate chips
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and salt. Stir continuously over medium heat until mixture boils.
Let mixture boil for 4–5 minutes until it reaches soft-ball stage.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme, white chocolate chips, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Add optional swirls or toppings, then allow to cool at room temperature for 2–3 hours.
Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Swirl in nuts, matcha, or spices before setting.
Use non-alcoholic vanilla extract to keep halal-compliant.
Freeze in individual portions for longer shelf life.
