Ingredients
8 oz block feta cheese (avoid crumbled)
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
3 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp honey (or hot honey)
pinch of black pepper
Optional: chili flakes, fresh herbs, roasted grapes, or pine nuts
Instructions
1. Place feta and cream cheese in food processor.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, honey, and pepper.
3. Blend 2–3 minutes until silky smooth, scraping down sides.
4. Taste and adjust lemon, oil, or honey as needed.
5. Spoon into bowl, drizzle with olive oil, garnish as desired.
6. Optional: microwave for 20 seconds for a warm version.
Notes
Swap cream cheese with Greek yogurt or ricotta.
Serve with veggies, crostini, or as sandwich spread.
Refrigerate up to 5 days in airtight container.
Can be frozen, stir well after thawing.
