Ingredients
6 cups fresh baby spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup sliced red onions
1 avocado, diced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup roasted almonds
3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
Rinse and pat dry spinach. Halve tomatoes, slice onions, dice avocado, crumble feta.
Combine spinach, tomatoes, onions, and avocado in a bowl.
Sprinkle almonds and feta over the salad.
Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette, toss gently to coat.
Serve immediately.
